BLACK PEARL Development LLC Formed in Washington State

The foundational Washington LLC has been established. Initial land strategy conversations are underway in Franklin and Grant Counties near the Tri-Cities region. The advisory board includes vertical agritech specialists, robotics and manufacturing engineers, banking and finance experts, and urban planners.

Farm-Tower Prototype & Produce-Themed Master Planning Begins

Architects and vertical agritech firms are engaged to design farm-integrated tower prototypes. The master plan incorporates organic street naming and district branding. Feasibility modeling for specific crops, energy needs, and yield projections is underway.
